The organisation catalogue uses two datasets published by Ajuntament de Barcelona:

• List of association facilities in Barcelona
• List of social service facilities in Barcelona

Dataset metadata identifies both under the CC BY 4.0 licence. We normalise and filter their records. The city catalogue alone does not confirm that an organisation currently accepts volunteers or donations, and this project is not endorsed by the city.

We check map coordinates against the Barcelona administrative units dataset, published by Ajuntament de Barcelona under CC BY 4.0. We extracted the municipal boundary and transformed submitted coordinates for this check; this does not replace checking the actual address and activity.

Clothes containers come from the Punts de Roba Amiga dataset; opening hours for containers inside a Punt Verd come from Punts Verds de barri. Both are Ajuntament de Barcelona open data under CC BY 4.0. We check addresses against the city’s building address and street register datasets (CC BY 4.0). We re-check every point weekly; if the city has not updated a record for a year, we say “confirm before going”.

We check each specific opportunity separately on the organisation’s official page and, for some volunteering offers, on Connecta’t al voluntariat, Generalitat de Catalunya. Each card links to its source and shows when we checked it. That is not the source’s update date.
