Barcelona City Council runs 134 Punts Verds (recycling points): 7 zone Punts Verds, 27 neighbourhood Punts Verds and 100 mobile Punt Verd stops. Here they all are by district and neighbourhood, with the address and opening hours published on Open Data BCN (data read on Oct 7, 2026).

Three kinds of Punt Verd
- Neighbourhood Punt Verd
- Inside the neighbourhoods, for smaller household waste.
- Mobile Punt Verd
- Trucks that park in a street for a few hours on a fixed schedule and take the same things as a neighbourhood Punt Verd.
- Zone Punt Verd
- Large sites on the edge of the city, mainly for shops and services; residents can use them for free too.
What you can bring
A summary of the Barcelona City Council article of May 15, 2025:
- Neighbourhood and mobile Punt Verd: clothes and shoes, cooking oil, cosmetics, batteries, light bulbs and fluorescent tubes, small electrical appliances, toner, aerosols, plastic and aluminium coffee capsules, car batteries and small tyres.
- Not accepted at neighbourhood or mobile points: rubble, furniture, wood, garden waste, lithium batteries, organic and medical waste, special industrial, toxic and hazardous waste.
- Zone Punt Verd: also furniture, rubble, pruning waste, large appliances, flat glass, paint, motor oil, X-rays and lithium batteries. Special industrial, toxic and hazardous, medical and organic waste is not accepted. Asbestos cement is accepted only at Vall d’Hebron.
